verdin-imx8mm: add new pid4
Add new PID4 0086 support that is based on PID4 0059 Verdin iMX8M Mini
Quad 2GB IT V1.1D with some hw changes:
* SoC Change to DualLite
* eMMC change from 16GB to 8GB
* Removal of the ADC
