linux-imx-headers: follow the update of linux-toradex
With the downstream kernel based on NXPs 5.15.35-2.0.0 BSP the
linux-imx-headers mustn't no longer be downgraded.
Keep using the bbappend to checkout the kernel from git.toradex.com.
