u-boot-toradex: inherit toradex-u-boot-localversion
- Inherit toradex-u-boot-localversion instead of
fsl-u-boot-localversion in u-boot-toradex-common_2018.03.inc.
- Drop LOCALVERSION which has already been defined in
toradex-u-boot-localversion.bbclass.
