arm64: dts: ti: k3-am69-aquila: add usb portstoradex_ti-linux-6.1.y
Add support for on-module TMUXHS4212 and on-module PCIE to USB
bridge for enabling Aquila USB_1 and USB_2 interfaces. Enables
associated USB0 and PCIE serdes links/phys.
Add support of Aquila development board's PTN5110 - TCPC USB PD
PHY.
