usb: dwc2: gadget: Fix WkupAlert interrupt handler.
According to the databook DCTL_RMTWKUPSIG bit
is defined in DCTL register not in DCFG.
Updated setting DCTL_RMTWKUPSIG bit to DCTL
register.
