ath10k: introduce dynamic vdev parameters
Both firmwares (main and 10.x) have different set of vdev parameters. To stay in sync with FW API, this patch introduces a dynamic registering method. ath10k_wmi_vdev_set_param() takes now indirect u32 value to identify the Vdev parameter it want's to set.
