burnflash: account for fs overhead and many files
- add 512 bytes for each deployed file
- add 4% to account for ext3 fs overhead
- give a warning and exit if the rootfs cannot be copied
Without this the created loop file is to small when deploying a
huge rootfs with a lot of small files.
