fiq_debugger: rename debug->fiq_debugger
Rename variables and functions in the global namespace to avoid future collisions. Change-Id: Ic23a304b0f794efc94cc6d086fddd63231d99c98 Signed-off-by: Colin Cross <ccross@android.com>
